Working at Heights: Teaches safe practices for performing tasks at elevated levels, proper use of fall protection equipment, and emergency rescue procedures.
First Aid: Provides essential skills in emergency care, including CPR and the use of AEDs, to respond effectively to injuries until professional help arrives.
Manual Handling: Focuses on ergonomic techniques for lifting and moving equipment, minimizing the risk of musculoskeletal injuries.
Fire Awareness: Covers fire prevention, the safe use of firefighting equipment, and proper evacuation procedures in the event of a fire.

Flexible Classroom Spaces: The venue must feature spacious, well-lit classrooms with adaptable seating and modern audiovisual tools.
Specialized Simulation Areas: It must provide dedicated zones equipped with realistic modules for working at heights, manual handling, fire awareness, and first aid.
Safety and Emergency Features: Clear emergency exits, accessible first aid stations, and proper safety equipment must be integrated throughout the facility.
Hybrid Training Capabilities: Robust high-speed internet and modern AV systems are essential to support seamless remote and in-person training.

Refund Policy
At Dailey Training Services (DTS), all training cancellations must be made in writing.
100% refund if canceled 14+ days before the course.
50% refund if canceled 7–13 days before the course.
No refund if canceled less than 7 days before or in the case of a no-show.
You may transfer once to a future course (if space is available) or substitute another participant up to 48 hours before training begins.
If DTS cancels a course, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days. Emergency exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
