Refund Policy

At Global Energy Skills (GES), our role is to connect individuals and organisations with high-quality training delivered by trusted, independent providers. GES acts as a booking and marketing platform, and not as the training provider.
All courses on our platform are delivered by third-party providers who set their own refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policies. As such, GES does not determine refund eligibility, but we do help facilitate the process where needed.
How Refunds Work

Contact the Training Provider Directly
Reach out to the training provider using the contact information included in your course confirmation email. They will advise you on whether a refund is available under their policy.

Provider Approves or Declines the Refund
If the refund is approved, the provider will notify GES to begin the process.

GES Receives Funds (if applicable)
If GES has already transferred part of your payment to the provider, the provider will return that amount to GES before the refund can be processed.

GES Processes the Refund to You
Once we have received the funds and confirmation, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Information
GES does not guarantee refunds, as this is solely at the discretion of the training provider.
Some courses may be non-refundable, or only refundable within a specific timeframe (e.g., 14 days prior to course start).
Refunds may not be issued if course materials have been accessed or the course has already started.
GES cannot process any refund unless we receive confirmation and the relevant funds from the provider.
You are encouraged to review each course's refund policy before booking.
Where Can I Find a Course's Refund Policy?
Each course page on GES includes a Refunds & Booking Terms section, where you’ll find a summary of the refund policy provided by the training partner. In some cases, a link to the provider’s full terms and conditions may also be available.
Please ensure you read this section carefully before booking. If refund information is unclear, you may contact the provider directly or reach out to GES support for guidance.

Display the refund summary as provided by the course provider
Set refund policies
Help process refunds only after provider approval
Approve or deny refunds
Act as a mediator only if the provider is unresponsive
