• Course costs must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Payment options and supported currencies are displayed at checkout.

• By booking a course through GES, you agree that your registration information will be shared with the relevant training provider for the purposes of course delivery, administration, and support.

4. Group Bookings & Corporate Enquiries

• Group bookings (typically 3+ participants) may require prior confirmation of availability. GES reserves the right to approve or decline large group booking requests.

5. Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refunds

• Rescheduling or deferral of a course is subject to the training provider’s individual policy. If you need to postpone or cancel your attendance, you must notify the training provider directly using the contact details provided after booking. 

• Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the training provider delivering the course. GES does not determine refund eligibility and will only process refunds after written confirmation from the provider and receipt of any relevant funds.

• GES cannot guarantee that a refund will be available. Some providers may offer full or partial refunds within a specified cancellation window, while others may operate a no-refund policy.

• All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing.

6. Certification & Accreditation 

• Not all courses include formal accreditation. Certification details are listed on individual course pages. It is your responsibility to review course content before booking.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this site is the property of GES or its partners and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute site content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• GES is not liable for course delivery, trainer performance, or course outcomes, as all training is delivered by independent third-party providers.

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to course attendance, content, or outcomes.

9. Privacy & Data Protection 

• GES processes personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing, including sharing relevant data with the training provider for service delivery and support purposes.

• GES may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
