Whether delivered as individual courses or a comprehensive package, this suite covers essential topics including OSHA 10-Hour and OSHA 30-Hour General Industry training, HSI First Aid, CPR, AED, and specialized electrical safety and maintenance courses under NFPA 70E and NFPA 70B standards. Course Modules:

OSHA 10-Hour General Industry

Description: This course is designed for entry-level workers in general industry environments. OSHA 30-Hour General Industry

Safety and Emergency Features: Clear emergency exits, accessible first aid stations, and proper safety equipment must be integrated throughout the facility.
Hybrid Training Capabilities: Robust high-speed internet and modern AV systems are essential to support seamless remote and in-person training.

Course Provider Refunds & Booking Terms

Refund Policy
At Dailey Training Services (DTS), all training cancellations must be made in writing.
100% refund if canceled 14+ days before the course.
50% refund if canceled 7–13 days before the course.
No refund if canceled less than 7 days before or in the case of a no-show.
You may transfer once to a future course (if space is available) or substitute another participant up to 48 hours before training begins.
If DTS cancels a course, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days. Emergency exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
