At Dailey Training Services (DTS), all training cancellations must be made in writing.
100% refund if canceled 14+ days before the course.
50% refund if canceled 7–13 days before the course.
No refund if canceled less than 7 days before or in the case of a no-show.
You may transfer once to a future course (if space is available) or substitute another participant up to 48 hours before training begins.
If DTS cancels a course, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days. Emergency exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
