Working at Heights – Virtual Training Workshop
Course Overview:
Our Working at Heights Virtual Training Workshop is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to work safely at height. Delivered entirely online, this interactive course combines expert-led instruction, real-world case studies, and engaging multimedia resources to ensure every participant gains both confidence and competence.
Course Objectives:
By the end of this course, participants will:
• Understand the common risks and hazards associated with working at heights, including site-specific and industry-specific challenges.
• Learn about the legal and regulatory requirements that govern working at heights, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation.
• Be able to identify potential hazards in their work environment and apply effective strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Demonstrate correct selection, inspection, and use of fall protection systems and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Understand the importance of emergency preparedness, including how to develop and follow rescue plans in the event of an incident.
Who Should Attend:
This course is suitable for anyone whose role involves working at height, including construction workers, maintenance personnel, contractors, supervisors, and safety officers.
Delivery Method:
This is a fully virtual course that includes live instructor-led sessions, interactive quizzes, downloadable resources, and real-time Q&A opportunities to reinforce learning.
Certification:
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Working at Heights digital certificate attendance, demonstrating their understanding of safety practices and regulatory compliance.

Cancellation Policy – Summary
Public Training:
Can be cancelled with at least 30 calendar days’ written notice to NCC.
Cancellations within 30 days of the start date are not permitted.
In-House Training:
Can be cancelled with at least 45 calendar days’ written notice to NCC.
Cancellations within 45 days of the start date are not permitted.
Non-classroom-based Training:
Cannot be cancelled or rescheduled under any circumstances.
Charges are non-refundable.
Additional notes:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the NCC Business Development Executive and emailed to Commercial@NCClondon.ac.uk.
If delegates fail to attend part or all of the training, full charges still apply.
Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
