Can I defer my course to a later date?
Yes, you can reschedule or defer your course to a later date, subject to the training provider’s rescheduling policy. If you need to postpone your training, please contact the training provider to see about making the necessary arrangements.
What happens if I can’t attend the course after registering?
If you cannot attend, you can:
✔️ Reschedule to a later date (subject to availability).
✔️ Transfer your booking to another person (if allowed by the provider).
Contact the course provider for assistance as noted in your booking confirmation.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are handled directly by the training providers and are subject to each provider’s individual refund and cancellation terms. GES does not offer direct refunds unless approved and processed by the training provider.
Before booking, we recommend reviewing the provider’s refund policy listed on the course page or contacting the provider directly if you have questions about eligibility.
How do I request a refund if I can’t attend the course?
If you are unable to attend your course and would like to request a refund:
1️⃣ Contact the training provider directly to confirm whether a refund is available under their terms.
2️⃣ If approved, the provider will notify GES to initiate the refund process.
3️⃣ Once GES has received the necessary funds from the provider, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the provider’s policy.
